This park has almost 20,000 hectars that are spread out in the municipalities of Olhao, Tavira, and Faro. These municipalities are an ecological treasure of incalculable value, as they assist migratory birds, sand dune parks, diverse fauna and flora, etc.

In the Ria Formosa Natural Park, you will find an interpretation center in Quinta do Marim, where you will be informed of possible tours, possible routes you can take, and information on the different types of birds that come through here.
